Karol's attention to detail is second to none. She knows exactly where I should feel each exercise. Her knowledge of the Pilates is comprehensive & she clearly is dedicated to always improving her understanding & applying it for my specific needs. I have seen her working with other clients & she is amazing whether the person is 15 or 65, super fit or new to exercise. I would never go back to big group classes having felt the benefits of a focused small group session. Highly recommended!
