Service is massively lacking. Messed up order through Deliveroo. Had to get in the car and drive to the store to request the right order. Made me wait 30 mins then list my order and had to wait another 20 mins. They gave me a free burrito for next time. Next time waited 30 mins for a fish burrito because they had to cook the fish?? Pathetic!

They messed up my number so I was waiting for such a long time. What can happen but they’ve should have walked around and asked. Especially it wasn’t as busy anymore.

I went to the counter and my order was wrong. Just got one quesadilla I stead of 2.
The girl worh the short black heat was nice really nice and not much customer service skills. She wanted to give me just one quesadilla and that was even cold. Definitely not the best experience. When she gave me the food she even rolled her eyes. I expected more an apology!
